What's included in a regular office clean?
A regular Clearline office clean covers bins and recycling, floors, desks and touchpoints, kitchens and breakout areas, bathrooms, and reception and meeting rooms, all to a written scope. Every scope is written for your site after a free walkthrough, so you only pay for what you need. A typical regular office clean covers:

Can you clean after hours?
Yes, Clearline cleans Sydney offices after hours, so your team comes back to a clean office and the clean doesn't get in anyone's way. Most of our office cleans happen outside business hours. We'll agree times, access and alarm procedures with you during the walkthrough.
How often can you clean?
Clearline cleans as often as your site needs, and we recommend a frequency after a free walkthrough. Some offices need a clean every weeknight, and others need a few visits a week, depending on how the space is used. You can change the frequency as your needs change.
Are you insured?
Yes, Clearline Cleaning Group holds $20 million public liability cover, with certificates available on request. That's usually all your building management or compliance team will ask for.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes, Clearline cleaners are police-checked before they work on your site. If your building has its own induction or sign-in process, we'll follow it.
What cleaning products do you use?
Clearline uses GECA-certified cleaning products. GECA (Good Environmental Choice Australia) is an independent Australian ecolabel, which helps if your organisation has sustainability or green-building commitments.
Who do I contact if something needs attention?
You contact your dedicated Clearline account manager, one person who knows your site, your scope and your building rules. That means you never have to explain things twice or chase a call centre.
How does the quote process work?
Clearline's pricing is quote-only: we do a free walkthrough of your site, then send a written quote and scope. Every office is different, so the walkthrough covers the layout, the foot traffic, access arrangements and any problem areas, and the written quote shows exactly what's covered. We don't publish price lists.
How does the handover from our current cleaner work?
Clearline plans the handover with you after a free walkthrough, so there's no gap between your current cleaner and us. The planned handover covers the start date, keys and access cards, alarm codes, the scope and any building requirements, and your account manager is your contact throughout.
Do you look after buildings as well as single tenancies?
Yes, Clearline works with property, facility and building managers on managed floors and commercial buildings, as well as single office tenancies. Your account manager works with the building manager on access, sign-in and building rules.
What areas do you service?
Clearline cleans offices in the Sydney CBD and surrounds, Parramatta, and Norwest/Bella Vista. If your office is nearby but not listed, call 0468 048 084 and we'll let you know.
Can you do a one-off deep clean or a year-end clean?
Yes, Clearline can quote a one-off deep clean or a year-end office clean, alongside or separate from a regular clean. It works well before the new year or after a fit-out. The year-end deep-clean page is live at /year-end-office-clean/ (walkthroughs by 20 November for Dec 2026 / Jan 2027).
