THE CLEARLINE METHOD / 01—04

A clearer way to manage the clean.

A good cleaning service starts before the first visit. It needs a defined scope, a record of the work and a way to review the result.

01FOUR-STEP SERVICE APPROACH

Walk the site. Define the scope.

We discuss how the facility is used, the areas that need attention, access windows and the tasks that matter most. The result is a written scope with agreed tasks.

Plan the service.

We agree on the work and its frequency, and document site-specific instructions before cleaning begins. Police-checked staff and GECA-certified products are part of the Clearline service. We plan your handover after a free walkthrough.

Record the work.

Digital checklists help capture tasks as they are completed. Our 100+ point checklist provides a structured basis for reviewing the details of a clean.
